Phil Lowe
Training Manager
As an NCO in the Royal Tank Regiment, Phil saw active service in all parts of the world, including Northern Ireland, Germany and Cyprus. He was often called upon to train junior soldiers. After leaving the army he went into the security industry owning and running a successful company. He then became Operations Manager at a major regional company before qualifying to become a trainer. Phil runs all our in house training from our Head Office Training Academy. ‘I thoroughly enjoy being a trainer, and with the recent changes in legislation, and the changing demands of our clients, there is always something new to occupy me’.
