Operations Manager

After graduating, Phil went into the chemical industry and became a senior manager. As a ‘big lad’ he often worked the doors in Manchester and has nearly thirty years security experience. He also worked in debt recovery, at one time working for Coutts Bank. Phil has the responsibility for all Select's control and operational functions. He oversees the manning and equipment requirements for all new contracts, and is very much a hands on manager.  ‘I like to think of myself as a problem solver, and enjoy working within a dynamic and fast paced environment’.
