With over 20 years experience within the Security industry in a broad spectrum of disciplines, from protestor action to car park enforcement and retail to corporate security, Jon has worked from the ground up.  Jon has succesfully graduated with (Hons) in Risk & Security Management from the Institute of Criminal justice Studies, University of Portsmouth.  He is a keen proponent of Continuing Professional Development as well as the professionalisation of the private security industry as a whole. He is also a member of the Security Institute and the Chartered Management Institute, and is working towards Chartered Management status.'
